Eagles Knoll is a gated community located on the east end of the lake and includes lakefront as well as several non-lakefront properties. Most of the properties not on the lake have dock usage at the Eagles Knoll marina, offering easy lake access just a short walk from most homes.

 

Eagles Knoll also has private tennis courts and several open space areas for lakeside relaxing. There is an HOA fee of approximately $1000 annually and vacation renting is not allowed by the association.

 

Most homes in Eagles Knoll range from approximately $500,000 - $1,500,000 and are between 2500 and 5000 square feet in size.
