Big Bear home sales for the first quarter of 2015 showed appreciation in every major price measure as compared to the first quarter of last year.

Sales of Big Bear homes in the first quarter of 2015 were strong posting 220 closings as compared to 209 last year.

The average and median sale price of Big Bear homes were both higher in 2015 rising 11% and 32% respectively to $300,968 and $247,000. The average and median price per square foot also rose in 2015 both showing gains of 8% rising to $193 and $185.

The sale price to list price ratio of Big Bear homes stayed steady at 97% while the average and median DOM (Days On Market) rose slightly to 125 days and 88 days respectively.
