Big Bear Condos by Ski Resorts

There are four condominium developments within walking distance of Big Bear's Ski Resorts.

Close to Bear Mountain, you will find the Comstock Condominiums sitting slopeside. This development actually has an easement with permission to enter the ski slopes from these properties. These are the only true ski-in ski-out condos in Big Bear. There are also the Bear Meadows Condos just a short walk from Bear Mountain's base lodge. The Bear Meadow's condominiums are also located on the Bear Mountain Resort golf course which is situated directly north of the ski resort.

Near Snow Summit Ski Resort, you will find the Snow Summit Townhomes between the main Snow Summit parking area and the slopes. These units are a short walk to the slopes and are as close as you can get to Snow Summit. Slightly farther away, but still well within walking distance, are the Escape Condos. Located on Switzerland Drive, these condos are a short walk across the Snow Summit parking lot to the base area.

There are a variety of townhomes and small condo units up and down Summit Boulevard and some of the surrounding streets. These condos are usually made up of no more than 4 units with many of them being just two attached units.
