00987 Elder Dr, Cedar Glen, CA 92321

Property Description

Own a beautiful part of the forest in the Cedar Glen area of the San Bernardino Mountains, very near Lake Arrowhead. Utilities are just up the road a few lots as there are a couple of homes there. Any buyer should verify the availability of utilities and the cost of hooking up with the relevant governing bodies. There is a significant bluff at the street, but then the lot does flatten out. Anyone building here would have tremendous views of the surrounding mountains and valleys when they were done. The owner will consider financing on a Note and Deed of Trust or on a Land Contract of Sale with very favorable terms. Call for details.
