39469 North Shore Drive, listing at $754,900 and selling at $754,000, finally closed escrow selling for $311 per square foot after spending a lengthy 973 days on market. An older 4 bed, 3 bath, 2424 square foot true log cabin in a shallow water location, this home sat on an impressively spacious 21,200 square foot lot. Unfortunately, with Big Bear lake's water levels currently being down just over 8 feet from full, boat access is no longer available from this home.

This home was nicely landscaped as are most properties in this Homeowner's Association governed community.
40307 Gibralter Landing located just west of the Big Bear Village listed at $1,150,000 and sold for $1,140,000 after 139 days on market. There were actually two separate living structures on this property; a 3 bed 2 bath true log main lakefront house and a smaller one bedroom cabin located closer to the street. In total, the property was listed as 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2080 square feet. Selling at $548 per square foot, this home was in like-new condition and had great lake views.
