Paul was referred to us buy a good friend who is a Realtor in the Los Angeles Area. Paul's work with my wife and I started long before we met him in person. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, but he didn't let his background and experience get in the way. Paul always listened to us, and fulfilled our requests. We must have exchanged dozens and dozens of listings and potential properties for consideration. He always put our wants and needs first. Which couldn't be easy given how broad our requests were. Once we found the home we wanted, Paul worked hard to get us the best price, and after some negotiation our offer was accepted. We opened Escrow, and Paul was by our side the whole way; from the real-estate side of things to restaurant recommendations and even making a few additional stops at the property after close of escrow to help us with unrelated things. It is not often that you can find someone who is highly experienced, extremely professional and genuinely a great person. I can only hope to do business again with him in the future. I recently purchased a property in Big Bear listed by Paul. I contacted him directly to avoid another realtor being in the middle of the deal speaking on my behalf. I found Paul to be a straight shooter as soon as we met. We built a good working relationship very quickly. The negotiations were a bit difficult but Paul kept positive and gave when the seller wouldn't. Escrow was tense because I was working on a specific time line but Paul stepped up and got the ball rolling at the title company. I doubt this sale would have closed without Paul's hard work. I would highly recommend him as either a listing agent or a buyer's representative. He is very knowledgeable in the area and extremely responsive to emails, texts or phone calls. It was,a pleasure working with him.

My family and I have enjoyed visiting Big Bear and we decided to purchase a vacation home in the area. While enjoying a day of skiing, a couple on the ski lift next to me mentioned they had just purchased a home and highly recommended Paul. I’m glad they did! I contacted Paul and let him know I was interested in purchasing a vacation home. From our initial conversations I could tell he was the right person to work with. He’s lived in Big Bear for many years and he’s actively involved in the community. He really understand the real estate process and has an intimate knowledge of Big Bear and where is best to purchase. We started looking for homes in February, 2012. Because I was purchasing a vacation home I wanted to take my time to find the right home for me. Paul was very accommodating and never pressured me to make a purchase. He regularly provided me listings and gave me the pros and cons of each home I was interested in. Since I lived out of town, he would accommodate my schedule for when I could come up to look at homes. Ultimately I found the home I wanted, which was a short sale. Paul helped me understand the short sale process and set my expectations that the purchase process would take longer than normal. The bank certainly made the experience as difficult as possible but Paul worked with them to ensure the sale continued. He definitely went above and beyond to keep the stress on my side as minimal as possible. I’ve owned my home for over 3 years now and I still talk with Paul. Over the years I’ve asked him for referrals on plumbers, contractors, landscapers, and even where’s a good place to take the kids that’s not crowded. He’s always willing to answer any of my questions. He also provides updates on what’s going on in Big Bear, which is nice. Overall I’m glad I used Paul to purchase my vacation home. He takes the time to understand his customer and really want to ensure you purchase the right home. I highly recommend him!

Paul has handled a few bigger commercial transactions for me. Some were for land and one in particular was quite complex. It involved a 44 unit development for low income housing and federal tax credits with federal financing. The deal was quite arduous and Paul was able to negotiate an excellent deal for me, and was able to stay laser focused while all the mayhem of dealing with the federal government bureaucracy ensued.
